Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – NYC Events 2025–2026
We do not offer refunds for event cancellations. If you cancel, your deposit will be forfeited and we may be unable to accommodate future bookings.
To cancel, email us at information@geniusgems.com. You will receive confirmation within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us, we have not received your request.
Date Changes:
Requests to reschedule will be considered for extenuating circumstances only and are subject to availability. A $200 + tax rescheduling fee applies. Please notify us as early as possible. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to reschedule.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Voluntary cancellation of the event

Fewer guests attending than expected

Downgrading your selected package

Host illness or unavailability without rescheduling

Accidental purchases
Overtime Fees:
Events running over time will incur a $200 charge per additional 30 minutes.
