Elite Drop-Off: $799 + tax
Guests & Space
Elite Drop Off parties are drop-off only (except for the birthday parents), and are only for children ages 6 and up.
Up to 12 kids and 2 adults included in the package price of $799 + tax.
Additional guests beyond 12 kids (siblings and the birthday child are included in this number) and 2 adults will be an additional charge of $39 per adult and $100 + tax per child. Maximum total of kids is 18 kids (there is an extra cost as outlined above for any kids above 12).
The Elite party room contains up to 9 square tables, each 32x32 inches. Up to 8 tables are used for eating activities while 1 act as side tables for for cake. Smaller tables are used for gifts and favors.
This party makes use of our smaller party room. As the larger party room may be occupied, the ability to upgrade to a Premier Package party is not guaranteed.

Genius Gems Premier parties are for ages 5 and up. For the party of a child turning 5, guests aged 4 can be accomoddated as long as their guardian is staying and supervising for the duration of the event.
Up to 20 kids and 20 adults are included in the package price of $1,499.00 + tax. The birthday child and siblings or guests 2 years and older are counted in this number.
Additional guests past the first 20 will be an additional charge of $39 + tax per additional adult over 20 adults, and $50 + tax per additional child over 20 kids. The birthday child, the birthday child's siblings, and younger siblings of your guests ages 2 or older will count towards the total number of guests. Drop off is only possible for guests ages 6 and older. All kids under age 6 must have one accompanying adult attend.
The Premier party room contains up to 11 square tables, each 32x32 inches. Up to 9 tables are used for eating and activities while 2 act as side tables for for cake. Smaller tables are used for gifts and favors.
Adults are encouraged to spend time in our cafe area during the party. Food & beverages purchased for the adults will be set up and available in our cafe area.

As a nighttime event, Genius Gems will be lit up! The main lights will turn down and our disco lights will turn on! Please note that during the Spring and Summer months, due to the large windows in the space, the space might not be totally dark during the party.

Basic Projects (included with package price)
Glitter Tile, Ages 5-12: Guests are guided in choosing and arranging charms, gems, letters, and glitter to decorate their own Glitter Tile, which can be used on any brand of magnetic tile.
Slime, Ages 5-12: Guests are guided in using our clear base slime, glitter, colorant, and other add-ins to create their own slime. Depending on availability, there is an option of choosing glow-in-the-dark or color-changing powder to slime for an additional cost.

Engineering Projects ($99 + tax for 20 kids)
LED Project, Ages 6-9: Guests are guided in creating an LED circuit using an LED light and a battery pack, inserting it into a laser-cut shape they decorate. The shape is pre-selected by the host family.
LED Wand, Ages 7-9: Guests are guided in creating an LED circuit using an LED light and a battery pack, inserting it into the end of a wand they decorate.
Motorized Fan, Ages 9-12: Guests are guided in wiring a motor circuit with a battery pack and motorized fan, inserting it into a housing they decorate.
Friendship Bracelets ($299 + tax for 20 kids)
In lieu of Slime or a Glitter Tile, have guests design and make their very own friendship bracelets using a variety of letter beads, marbled beads, colorful, and more! Each guest will get their own bracelet to take home with them. This package includes 20 children, with an additional cost of $50 + tax per every child beyond the initial 20.

Extra Information
For parties with more than 20 guests, we recommend the LED Project, Slime, or Glitter Tile to ensure that the party stays on schedule.
Parties may choose either slime or Glitter Tile as their project. Selecting an engineering project, such as the DIY flashlight or LED project, will be an additional cost of $99 for 20 kids. There is an additional cost of $55 + tax per additional kid.
One project is provided per child. The host family may select one project for their party. Projects are taken home by the party guests at the end of the party.

Extra 30 minutes ($400 + tax) ($299 + tax for Elite Parties), PLUS an additional second project! There is an added cost on top of the base party cost: Glitter Tile Project ($10 + tax per participant) OR Slime Project ($15 + tax per participant).
The extra time purchased is used to accomodate the additional project, and is not added to building time.
Extra time can only be added before a 10:45 AM party or after a 3:15 PM party.

Make your party extra glamorous by having your guests receive temporary glitter tattoos! During your party, one of our dedicated staff members will apply temporary glitter tattoos to guests. This package adds 30 extra minutes to your party. This extra fee is in addition to any extras fees for your base package, and any extra costs for additional kids or adults.
Extra Time
Extra Time: $400 + tax (Premier) / $750 + Tax (VIP Glow Party)
Buy 30 extra minutes for up to 20 (Premier) / 30 (VIP Glow Party) kids and their adults. There is an additional charge of $10 + tax for every child over the initial included. The extra building and exploration time of our main floor level will take place after the 1.5 hour party experience.
Children must be supervised by their adult at all times. This option is available for premier parties for the first or last party of the day if the party starts at 10:30 AM or 3:15 PM.
Swiftie Add-On Package
Swiftie Plus Add-On Package: $400 + $8 per participant + tax
Make your party Swiftie themed with specially themed plates, decorations, trivia games, and music! Activities include slime making OR Glitter Tile designing; plus a bracelet making station! This pricing is on top of the base package, and the cost of any additional kids over 20 kids and adults over 20. This package includes an additional 30 minutes for your party, totaling to a 2 hour event.
Swiftie Add-On Package: $299 + tax
Make your party Swiftie themed with specially themed plates, decorations, trivia games, and music! This party includes a bracelet making station in lieu of a slime or Glitter Tile project. This pricing is on top of the base package, and the cost of any additional kids over 20 kids and adults over 20. (1.5 hour party)
Please note that both options are only available for a 10:15 AM - 12:15 PM party or 3:15 - 5:15 PM party. Additionally, in order to accommodate extra activities, building time may be reduced or cancelled. If time allows, we will set up a special themed building challenge!
Pokémon™ Add-On Package
Pokémon™ Add-On Package: $299 + tax:
Enjoy a Pokémon™ themed party with specially themed plates, decorations, and trivia games! Pokémon™ Parties have the choice of a special project, either an LED Pokeball or a Pokémon™ Themed Glitter Tile!
This add-on includes up to 20 kids, with an additional $5+ tax for every child beyond the initial 20 (on top off of the $50 + tax per additional kid for the base package). These fees are in addition to extra costs for additiional party guests and any other add-ons to your base package.
Please note that in order to accommodate these extra activities, building time may be reduced, or for larger parties, this may take the place of building time.
Mad Scientist Add On Package
Mad Scientist Add On Package: $199 + tax
Turn your child’s party into a science-themed adventure! Includes use of lab coats and goggles for up to 20 kids, plus a hands-on volcano experiment, in lieu of slime or a Glitter tile project, they’ll build (and erupt!) themselves. Additional cost for kids after the initial 20. Recommended for ages 6+. The lab coats and goggles are for use at Genius Gems only (not to take home).
Party Room Lighting Package
Party Room Lighting Package: $149 + tax
Up to 16 uplights and 12 tabletop lights are provided to create a vibrant, elegant atmosphere that wows your guests!
All lights have customizable colors and brigtness levels, and are thoughtfully arranged to inspire unforgettable moments.

Flow of the party
As guests arrive, they'll be guided to their reserved tables in the party room, where we’ll kick things off with a warm welcome and an exciting take-home project! This creative activity will keep everyone engaged during approximatly the first 30 minutes of the celebration.
Next, it's time to explore! During the following approimatly 30 minutes, guests will enjoy a fun tour of our facility and take part in hands-on building challenges that spark imagination and teamwork. They will spend 15 minutes ine ach space: the main space & the glow in the dark room!
Once the building wraps up, it’s time to wash up and refuel! We’ll serve delicious pizza and juice (provided by Genius Gems), and if you’ve brought a cake or cupcakes, we’ll be happy to help serve them after a rousing round of “Happy Birthday". This will happen during approimately the last 30 minutes of the party.
As the party winds down, each guest will receive their finished project to take home. If you've provided goody bags—or ordered them through us—we'll make sure every child receives one before they leave.
Parents, please plan to pick up your children promptly at the end of the 1.5 hour party. If guests would like to continue the fun in our main play space after the party, tickets can be purchased through our website.

Decoration information
You are welcome to bring balloons as long as they are attached to a weight. We kinly ask all families to take balloons and/or any decor with them when they leave. As a kind reminder, families only have 20 minutes to set up.
We provide all servingware and tablecloths, but if you are hosting a themed party, you are welcome to bring your own.
Unfortunately, we do not permit anything to be hung or taped to our walls (no banners or piñatas, please) or confetti. We also do not allow sparklers of any kind (even small ones), as they are a fire hazard.
We do not provide decorations for any of our packages unless you opt for an add-on such as our Swiftie Add-On Package. Families are expected to hang and discard their own decorations following their event.

FAQs
How do I book a party?
You can book a party through our website! Just click on which type of party you would like and at what time! Once booked, our event coordinator will reach out to you about 2 weeks before your party to confirm all party details & any party add ons. You will also have a chance to have a 30 minute phone call with them.
How soon can I arrive?
You may arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled party. Please note, our staff may be simultaneously cleaning up from the previous party or event.
How soon can my guests arrive?
Due to keeping everything on schedule, we kindly ask to have your guests arrive at the start time.
What happens if fewer guests arrive than the amount I paid for in advance?
If you pay for additional kids or adults, and less than expected show up, there are no refunds or credits.
What happens if more guests arrive than the amount I paid for in advance?
If there are more guests (children or adults) arrive than expected, you must pay the respective additional guest price (children or adult) at the end of the party. Thank you for understanding.
What happens if my guest stay past the end time?
We are so happy that your guests love our space. We welcome all families to buy tickets to stay later. However, if they do not, we will automatically charge you the additional time fee. You and your guests have a 15 minute grace period to pack up and leave.
Can I include children as part of the adult guest number?
You cannot swap children as adult guests and/or vice versa. Again, if there are more children or adults than the inital number of your party, you must pay the respective additional guest price (children or adult) at the end of the party. Thank you for understanding.
What are the table sizes & room set up like?
Our tables are 32 in. x 32 in. with a height of 29.5 in. Typically, there are 9 tables used for the take home activity & eating with 2 additional tables serving as the cake / dessert table. Elite parties include up to 8 tables & 1 cake table. If you have any specific requests with the layout, please let us know in advance.
Would it be possible to book a party for a time or date not listed on the website?
If you would like to book a party at a time or date not listed on our website, please contact us via email, and we will try our best to accommodate you!
What if the birthday child gets sick?
In the event of extenuating circumstances such as sickness or injury, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule the party at a mutually convenient date. Unfortunately, as per our cancellation policy, we are not able to offer refunds for party cancellations.
Can I have cake or balloons delivered for the party?
Deliveries must be on the same day as the event, during business hours, and we must be notified in advance. We do not have fridge or freezer space available for cakes. Genius Gems is not responsible for any delivery mishaps. Additionally, you can not drop any decorations in advance.
What if I leave any personal party items?
We completely understand if things get left behind. We kindly ask that you pick up your items within 48 hours at our location; otherwise, it will be donated as per our lost & found policy.

Cancellation Policy
Birthday parties are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credits or refunds will be given for cancelling the party. Please review our policies below prior to signing up for our program.
Emergencies:
If you have a medical or family emergency and are unable to host the party, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you at a different date or time, but there will be a change of date cost as outlined below. No refunds or credits will be given for party cancellations.
Inclement weather:
If Genius Gems decides to reschedule the party due to severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule the party at a mutually agreeable date. Refunds or credits will not be given due to weather or other cancellations.
Change of date: If you need to change your date 30 days or more before your party, there is a a $50 change of date fee. If you change your date 29-21 days before your party, the fee is $75, and if you change your date 20 or less days before the party, there is a $100 change of date fee. No refunds or credits will be given if you decide the date you chose no longer works for you.
