NEW Swiftie Add-On Package: $299 + tax
Calling all Swifties! Add on a Swiftie themed party to your base package with specially themed plates, decorations, trivia games, and a bracelet making station! Please note that in order to accommodate these extra activities, building time may be reduced, or there may not be building time available, unless you purchase the additional 30 minutes. This add-on price includes 20 kids, with an addition $5+tax for every child beyond the initial 20.
The Premier Package ($1,499 + tax)
Celebrate your birthday at Genius Gems NYC, for your best birthday yet! Our talented team will lead you and your guests in a 1.5 hour celebration that features the best that Genius Gems NYC has to offer. Parties are for ages five/six and older only. Parties are drop-off optional.
This package includes a private party room, but does not include exclusive use of our entire space. If you are interested in booking our entire 10,000 square foot space exclusively for your guests, please email us at information@geniusgems.com for more information.
Additional 30 minutes of building time is available for an extra cost.
Guests And Space
- Genius Gems Premier parties are for ages 5 and up.
- Up to 20 kids and 20 adults are included in the package price of $1,499.00 + tax. The birthday child and siblings over 2 years of age are counted in this number.
- Additional guests past the first 20 will be an additional charge of $39 + tax per additional adult over 20 adults, and $50 + tax per additional child over 20 kids. The birthday child, the birthday child's siblings, and younger siblings of your guests ages 2 or older will count towards the total number of guests. Drop off is only possible for guests ages 6 and older. All kids under age 6 must have one accompanying adult attend.
- The Premier party room contains up to 11 square tables, each 32x32 inches. Up to 8 tables are used for eating activities while 3 act as side tables for gifts, favors, platters, and more.
Party Details
- Dedicated party room space for your guests.
- Two party leaders will lead your guests in activities.
- For larger parties, additional party leaders are added as needed.
- Each child will make one premier project - either slime or a Glitter Tile.
- In lieu of slime or Glitter Tiles, families can choose to do an engineering project instead (for an additional cost).
- If you would like to add on slime or Glitter Tiles in addition to the engineering project, you must purchase an extra 30 minutes, in addition to the cost of a second project. Please reach out to us at information@geniusgems.com to see if this is possible for your party.
Food and Drink
- Genius Gems provides freshly made pizza, juice, and water for all of the kids at your party!
- No outside food is permitted besides a cake or cupcakes provided by the host family (please note: there is no dedicated freezer or fridge space to store any food items during the party. For this reason, ice cream cakes are not permitted).
- Additional food and beverage packages are available for purchase in advance.
The Elite Drop Off Package ($799 + tax)
Looking for something a little more low-key? Our Elite Drop Off Package is perfect for smaller parties, and are still hosted in their own private party room! Elite parties are drop-off only, and are only suitable for ages 6 and up. Unfortunately, we are not able to host a drop off party for kids under age 6.
Guests
- Elite Drop Off parties are drop-off only (except for the birthday parents), and are only for children ages 6 and up.
- Up to 12 kids and 2 adults included in the package price of $799
- Additional guests beyond 12 kids (siblings and the birthday child are included in this number) and 2 adults will be an additional charge of $39 per adult and $100 per child

- Dedicated party room space for your guests.
- For larger parties, additional party leaders are added as needed.

- Pizza and juice for the kids only is included in the package price.

The VIP Glow Party Package ($4,000 + tax)
Want to enjoy a private event at Genius Gems NYC on a Saturday night? Now you can!
Additional 30 minutes of building time is available for an extra cost.
Guests And Space
- The VIP Glow Party is for ages 5 and up.
- Up to 30 kids and 30 adults included in the package price of $4,000.00 + tax.
- Additional kids past the first 30 kids or adults will be an additional charge of $50 + tax.
- Additional adults past 30 adults are charged at a rate of $39 + tax per additional adult.
- This package includes exclusive use of our entire 10,000 sq. ft. space, from 6-7:30 PM on Saturday evenings (additional 30 minutes is available for an extra cost)
- As a nighttime event, Genius Gems will be lit up! The main lights will turn down and our disco lights will turn on!
Party Details
- All of Genius Gems dedicated to your party, including all of our magnetic tiles, building challenges, and Glow in The Dark Room, featuring our Superspace®️ tiles!
- A premium project for guests to complete and take home with them
- At least 3 party leaders will lead your guests in activities.
- For larger parties, additional party leaders are added as needed.

More Information About Genius Gems Parties
The Flow of the Party
Upon arrival, your guests will be greeted at the door and directed by our staff downstairs to the party room, where our staff will guide them on the chosen project (see details below) for approximately 30 minutes. Then, our staff will divide the children into supervised groups and take them to the main floor for building challenges in our Main Space or Glow Room. We carefully select building challenges appropriate to the birthday guests, such as a 3D rainbow, a giant birthday cake, or favorite characters. Kids will be directly supervised by Genius Gems staff. Parents are welcome to socialize and enjoy drinks and food in the cafe (see our optional extras). Finally, kids will return to the private party room, which will be ready to go with pizza and juice. This is followed by cake and happy birthday singing in our party room!
Party Room and Decor Information
- Decorations are permitted, but we request that nothing be affixed to the walls or ceilings.
- All balloons must be weighted or otherwise tied down.
- We do not allow pinatas, sparklers, or confetti.
- We provide all servingware and tablecloths, but if you are hosting a themed party, you are welcome to bring your own.
- You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party for decorating or setup. Our team members will help you with any decorations during this time.
