Events and Parties

The Premier Package ($1,400 + tax)

Celebrate your birthday at Genius Gems NYC, for your best birthday yet! Our talented team will lead you and your guests in a 1.5 hour celebration that features the best that Genius Gems NYC has to offer. Parties are for ages five/six and older only. Parties are drop-off optional. 

Important notice for checkout: During checkout, you will be presented with an option to select either "Ship to" or "Local Pickup" ... please ensure you select "Local Pickup" in-order to successfully make a reservation.

Guests

  • Genius Gems parties are for ages 5/6 and up
  • Up to 20 kids and 20 adults included in the package price of $1,400.00
  • If there are more than 20 kids attending, you will be charged $50 per child for any additional kids on the day of the party, up to 35 kids, and $29 per additional adult up to 35 adults. 

      Activities

      • 1 premium project per child
      • Enjoy our magnetic tile building and robot stations.
      • Dedicated party room space for your guests. 
      • Two party leaders will lead your guests in activities.
      • Additional party leaders available for an additional cost. 
      • This package includes a private party room, but does not include exclusive use of our entire space.
      • Additional 30 minutes of building time is available for an extra cost.

      Food and Drink

      • Pizza and juice for the kids only is included in the package price. 
      • For parties booked after June 15, 2023, pizza and drinks for adults, and ice cream treats for kids or adults can be purchased separately as packages and are not included in the package price.
      • No outside food is permitted besides a cake or cupcakes provided by the host family
      • Additional food and beverage packages are available for purchase in advance.

        The Flow of the Party

        Kids will begin in the party room with a project (see details below) for approximately 30 minutes. Then, our staff will divide the guests into groups and take them to the main floor for building challenges in our main space or glow room. Finally, kids will return for pizza, cake and happy birthday singing in our party room! 

        Party Room and Decor Information

        • The party room contains 11 square tables, each 32x32 inches. 8 tables are used for eating activities while 3 act as side tables for gifts, favors, platters, and more.
        • Decorations are permitted, but we request that nothing be affixed to the walls or ceilings.
        • All balloons must be weighted or otherwise tied down.
        • We do not allow pinatas, sparklers, or confetti.
        • We provide all servingware and tablecloths, but if you are hosting a themed party, you are welcome to bring your own.
        • You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party for decorating or setup. Our team members will help you with any decorations during this time.
